Bicycle Accidents
Monday, March 9th, 2009
Bicyclists are exposed to even greater danger than ordinary motorists. Bicycles often achieve speeds of up to 25 miles per hour or more, but rarely get full respect on the road from automobiles and other motor vehicles. Like motorcycles, bicycles offer very little protection to the rider, and any accident is likely to result in the rider being ejected from the bike. Unlike motorcycles, bicycles are very quiet and even harder to notice on the road. All of these factors increase both the likelyhood of an accident and the severity of resulting injuries.
If you have been injured in a bicycle accident and would like a free confidential case evaluation, please provide us your contact information and a brief case description in the “contact us” field or email us at info@kosticlaw.com.
